Snetterton is set to host long distance endurance racing courtesy of the 2CV 24 Hour Race, which headlines a BARC meeting on the 200 circuit this weekend (27/28 August).

The 32nd running of the Citroën Classic 2CV 24 Hour Race will top a weekend of club car racing action at the Norfolk venue. The main event will feature 2CVs duking it out on track in an epic endurance battle twice around the clock.

Each car will have three or four drivers, and with multiple pit stops and hundreds of miles to cover, strategy is certain to play a role. The event will also offer spectators a rare opportunity to see cars racing well into the night at the popular circuit.

In addition to the 2CV contest, there will be support action on the Saturday from the Snetterton Saloons, featuring an eclectic mix of machinery.

The paddock will be open all weekend allowing spectators to take a closer look at the cars as they're prepared for battle.
