Norfolk's Snetterton circuit is gearing up for another brilliant season of motorsport, with a busy calendar of events confirmed for 2023. There will be headline meetings for two and four wheel series, including all the leading national championships.
The best that British motorsport has to offer
The British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) will visit on 20/21 May for a triple-header of races from the UK's premier national car racing series. Visitors can enjoy a packed weekend of action starring track-prepared saloon cars from BMW, Ford, Hyundai, Toyota and more, plus support races, from the circuit's panoramic spectator banks.
The Intelligent Money British GT Championship (17/18 June) will be another major UK series to take over Snetterton, with prestige manufacturers including Aston Martin, Porsche and McLaren fighting for GT3 and GT4 glory across two one-hour sprint races. Co-headline single-seater action will come from the GB3 partnered by the BRDC and its junior feeder series, GB4.
The Bennetts British Superbike Championship (BSB) round on 7-9 July will headline East Anglia's summer motorsport offering, as the title race in the world's best domestic bike series continues to take shape across three races.
The giants of UK motorsport will return in the British Truck Racing Championship (16/17 September) later in the year. These Titanic trucks will unleash up to 1000bhp around the full 300 circuit in super-sized contests which need to be seen to be believed.
To round out the season, super-light speedsters and sideways smoke specialists will star in the Time Attack Championship and Motorsport UK Drift Pro categories at Modified Live (22 October) in the autumn. Expect close competition from two of the most unique series in the UK.
Grassroots competition set to entertain
The 2023 season will begin on 11 February with the Snetterton Stage Rally. Classic and modern rally specials will take on a vastly transformed venue with bespoke stages comprising parts of the circuit and its interior access roads. The action will even run into the twilight at this totally unique event.
Snetterton will then host the No Limits Club Bike Championships (18/19 March) and the Classic Sportscar Championships (25/26 March), kicking off the season for two and four wheel competition respectively.
Other club-level highlights will include the opening TCR UK Touring Car Championship round (8/9 April), Ferrari Challenge UK (28-30 April), GT Cup, as featured on Top Gear (3/4 June) and the EnduroKa 12 hour race (5/6 August). Most of the UK's leading car racing clubs will visit in 2023, including the British Racing and Sports Car Club (BRSCC), British Automobile Racing Club (BARC), MotorSport Vision Racing (MSVR) and the 750 Motor Club.
